This crosswalk was created by merging a few different datasets (some of which are Census Bureau datasets). The tech teams participating in TOP may still decide to use this dataset, but should be aware that this dataset was a one-time upload meant to provide a synthesized snapshot of some health equity indicators at one point during the pandemic.
